A vital element, so we can set the water. Vital to our health, beauty and especially survival. Water is the most abundant substance in the human body is an essential component of all body tissues.

Although not contain any calories or other nutrients without the water the human body only continue running for a few days. The 20% loss of body water can cause death and a loss of only 10% causes severe distress. In an extreme situation, drinking water is more important than food.

Our bodies can not take more than four days without water, while going weeks without food.
Water plays an essential role in almost all functions of the human body. It is used for digestion, absorption and transport nutrients, and serves as a medium for chemical processes, assumes the role of solvent for waste from the body and also diluted to reduce its toxicity, helping in the process of excretion the body. It also helps keep body temperature stable. Water is necessary for the formation of all body tissues, providing the basis for all the blood and liquid secretions (tears, saliva, gastric juices, etc.) that lubricate the various organs and joints.

Water is surely also one of the greatest allies of the beauty of our body, since there is no better moisturizer for your skin than her. There are many people who simply forget to drink it during the day. The result is visible: dry skin, weak hair, intestinal problems (constipation) and other more serious such as kidney stones, hypertension, etc.. A body well hydrated, usually has a skin soft and elastic, and we can not forget that the need of the liquid increases with age.
